All services are governed by individually executed Statements of Work (SOW) between PixelVisiondev and the client.

Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, PixelVisiondev assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in client-specific deliverables, including design files, mockups, prototypes, design tokens, and digital assets, directly to the client. PixelVisiondev retains the right to display anonymized portfolio excerpts unless expressly restricted in the SOW.
